불쾌한 상대를 만났어요

채팅방 메뉴에서 신고를 누르고 사유를 고르세요. "이 사람 차단하기"를 함께 선택하면 대화가 종료되고 다시는 매칭되지 않습니다. 차단한 사용자는 설정 > 차단 관리에서 해제할 수 있습니다.

제재를 받았는데 이의를 제기하고 싶어요

가입한 이메일 주소와 함께 [email protected] 으로 알려 주세요. 담당자가 확인 후 답변드립니다.

회원 탈퇴는 어떻게 하나요?

설정 > 회원 탈퇴에서 바로 탈퇴할 수 있습니다. 탈퇴하면 프로필과 계정 정보가 삭제되며 되돌릴 수 없습니다.

매칭이 되지 않아요

Ranmeet은 지금 '찾기'를 누른 사람끼리만 연결합니다. 찾기를 누른 뒤 앱을 닫아도 최대 10분 동안 대기하며, 상대가 나타나면 알림으로 알려 드립니다. 알림이 오지 않으면 기기 설정에서 Ranmeet 알림이 켜져 있는지 확인해 주세요.

FAQ

I met someone who made me uncomfortable

Open the chat room menu, tap Report and choose a reason. If you also select "Also block this person", the chat ends and you will never be matched again. You can unblock people in Settings > Blocked users.

I want to appeal an action on my account

Email [email protected] with the email address you signed up with. We will review it and reply.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Delete account. Your profile and account information are deleted and this cannot be undone.

I can't get matched

Ranmeet connects only people who have tapped "Find". After tapping Find you stay in the queue for up to 10 minutes even if you close the app, and we notify you when someone is found. If no notification arrives, check that notifications for Ranmeet are turned on in your device settings.
