앱에서 바로 삭제하기
- Ranmeet 앱에 로그인합니다.
- 아래 탭에서 설정을 엽니다.
- 회원 탈퇴를 누르고 확인합니다.
앱을 쓸 수 없을 때
가입한 이메일 주소에서 [email protected] 으로 "계정 삭제 요청"을 보내 주세요. 본인 확인 후 처리하고 결과를 회신합니다.
삭제되는 데이터
- 이메일 주소, 닉네임, 나이, 성별, 자기소개, 프로필 사진 — 즉시 삭제
- 위치정보, 푸시 알림 토큰 — 즉시 삭제
남는 데이터와 보관 기간
- 대화 내용과 첨부 파일: 함께 대화했던 상대방의 대화 기록이 사라지지 않도록, 상대방이 방에 남아 있는 동안 보관됩니다. 이때 탈퇴한 이용자는 익명으로만 표시됩니다. 상대방도 방을 나가면 방과 함께 삭제됩니다.
- 탈퇴 이력(탈퇴 직전의 이메일·닉네임·나이·성별·프로필 사진 주소·소셜 연결 정보): 탈퇴와 재가입을 반복하는 어뷰징을 막기 위해 탈퇴 후 3년간 운영자 전용 기록으로 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다.
- 관계 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 기록: 해당 법령이 정한 기간.
구독을 이용 중이라면
App Store·Google Play에서 결제한 구독은 계정을 삭제해도 자동으로 해지되지 않습니다. 삭제 전에 스토어 계정 설정에서 구독을 먼저 해지해 주세요.

Delete your Ranmeet account
Delete in the app
- Sign in to the Ranmeet app.
- Open Settings from the bottom tabs.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
If you can't use the app
Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and ask to delete your account. We verify the request, delete the account and reply.
What is deleted
- Email address, nickname, age, gender, bio and profile photos — deleted immediately
- Location and push notification tokens — deleted immediately
What is kept, and for how long
- Messages and attachments: kept while the person you talked to remains in the chat, so their history is not erased; you appear only as an anonymous participant. When they leave too, the chat is deleted.
- Deletion record (email, nickname, age, gender, profile photo address and linked social accounts just before deletion): kept for 3 years in an operator-only record to prevent repeated delete-and-rejoin abuse, then deleted.
- Records we must keep by law: for the period that law requires.
If you have a subscription
A subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play is not cancelled when you delete your account. Cancel it in your store account settings first.
