만 16세 이상만 이용할 수 있고, 만 19세 미만은 본인확인을 거칩니다
가입할 때 생년월일을 받아 만 16세 미만이면 가입이 거부되며, 같은 기준을 서버와 데이터베이스에서도 다시 검사합니다. 만 16~18세 이용자는 본인확인(실명 인증)을 마쳐야 매칭과 쪽지를 쓸 수 있습니다. 이 기준은 앱이 아니라 서버가 강제합니다. 나이를 속인 것으로 의심되는 계정은 신고나 검토로 확인되는 즉시 이용을 정지합니다.
금지하는 행위
- 아동을 성적으로 묘사하거나 착취하는 모든 이미지·영상·글(CSAM)의 전송·요청·공유
- 미성년자를 대상으로 한 성적 접근, 그루밍(길들이기), 만남 유도
- 미성년자의 개인정보·사진을 요구하거나 퍼뜨리는 행위
앱 안에서 신고하기
모든 대화방에서 상대방 또는 특정 메시지를 신고할 수 있습니다(대화방 메뉴 → 신고, 또는 메시지를 길게 눌러 신고). 신고는 운영자가 검토하며, 신고와 관련 증거는 대화방이 삭제되어도 보존됩니다. 신고와 동시에 상대를 차단할 수도 있습니다.
운영자의 조치
- 메시지는 자동 검수를 거치며, 성적 내용으로 판정된 메시지는 숨겨지고 경고 또는 이용 정지가 적용됩니다.
- 아동 안전 위반이 확인되면 경고 없이 즉시 계정을 정지하고 해당 콘텐츠를 삭제합니다.
- 아동 성착취물이나 아동에 대한 실제 위험을 인지하면 관련 법령에 따라 수사기관(경찰청 등) 및 관계 기관에 신고하고, 수사에 필요한 자료를 보존해 협조합니다.

Ranmeet Child Safety Standards
Ages 16+ only, and users under 19 must verify their identity
Date of birth is collected at sign-up and anyone under 16 is refused; the same rule is enforced again on our servers and in our database. Users aged 16–18 must complete identity (real-name) verification before they can use matching or notes. This is enforced by our servers, not just the app. Accounts suspected of lying about their age are suspended as soon as a report or review confirms it.
What is prohibited
- Sending, requesting or sharing any image, video or text that sexualizes or exploits children (CSAM)
- Sexual approaches to minors, grooming, or attempts to arrange meetings with minors
- Asking for or spreading the personal information or photos of minors
Reporting in the app
You can report the other person or a specific message from any chat (chat menu → Report, or long-press a message). Reports are reviewed by our team, and a report and its evidence are kept even if the chat is deleted. You can also block the person when you report.
What we do
- Messages are screened automatically; messages judged sexual are hidden and a warning or suspension is applied.
- When a child-safety violation is confirmed, we suspend the account immediately without warning and remove the content.
- When we become aware of CSAM or a real risk to a child, we report it to law enforcement and the relevant authorities as required by law, and preserve the data needed to cooperate with investigations.
